Your Six Inch Flat Lap Grinder was originally
supplied with 170, 325, 600 and 1200 grit diamond laps, acrylic master
laps (provide the backing for the diamond disks) and felt pads.

ACRYLIC MASTER LAP, 6" (#381110)
is the backing for the grinding disks below. 1/2" diameter arbor. Can
be used as a Master Lap on any other flat lap machine with 6" disks
and 1/2" arbor.

FLAT LAP GRINDING DISKS
are available in eight different grits. All are 6" in diameter, have a
1/2" arbor hole and are made to be mechanically clamped to a Master
Lap. They do not have an adhesive or similar backing. Items marked
with ** are laps that came in the box with your flat lap grinder.

POLISHING PADS, SET OF
THREE, 6" (#381119) are
made of nature wool felt with no color added. Keeps the polished edge
clean with no color contamination. High density felt is 40% denser
than other felt pads, giving you longer life. Can be used with various
polishing media such as cerium oxide, tin oxide and diamond compounds.

DIAMOND COMPOUND,
14,000 GRIT (#381221)
There are 5 carats of superfine synthetic industrial diamonds in this
tube. The diamonds are suspended in a latex carrier to prevent drying
out and to make application on your felt pads more straight forward.
Total compound weight is 5 grams supplied
in convenient syringe.

CERIUM OXIDE COMPOUND,
OPTICAL QUALITY (#381220)
This kit includes 4 oz of cerium oxide in an extra fine particle size,
applicator brush and instructions. Simply mix with water, shake the
bottle and apply the slurry to your felt polishing pad. Use this to
produce a crystal clear finish on glass edges and facets.
This compound is finer
than most available cerium oxide powders, giving you a very highly
polished finish. Can also be used to buff out light scratches on glass
