ORDERING INFORMATION FOR ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE

At present, our Secure Shopping Cart doesn't cover all of the materials we have displayed on line. If you see something you would like to order, and an "Add To Cart" button is not shown, please send us an e-mail and we will get your order out immediately.

If you do not feel comfortable e-mailing credit card info over the web, please call Sunshine's Order Department at 1-800-828-7159 and we will set you up with a Customer ID# and take your credit card information over the phone.  When you place future orders via E-Mail, you can specify your Customer ID# and we will have your credit card and shipping information on file.

• Be sure to include your Customer ID#/  If you are a new customer, don't worry about your ID#, we will assign one for you when we get your e-mail.  DO include your name, address, phone and we will get back with you.
• Be sure to use Catalog Numbers for all items ordered
• Indicate method of payment (your credit card or COD)  If we have your credit card on file, you don't need to send it again, just mention "card on file" in your message.
• A phone number where you can be reached in case we have a question

These charges apply to orders shipped to the lower 48 states. Please call for information on shipping charges to other points or for Air service. COD orders have a $9.50 handling charge added (so use your credit card!). Maximum COD amount is $200.00

POST OFFICE The Postal Service is used when UPS delivery is not possible. No glass larger than 12x16", liquids or COD's. USPS orders are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.  A service fee of $6.99 is added to the standard postal rates if we are required by postal regulations to present your package at a post office window. Please call or e-mail for rates. We are always happy to ship to AK, HI, PR, APO and FPO addresses. Delivery fees to these locations will depend on level of service requested (ie. Priority Mail or Parcel Post) and postal zone. We will be happy to quote fees on request.

FOREIGN ORDERS  We ship to locations all around the world from Iraq to Australia. Please e-mail to request a quote.

BOXING CHARGES Glass, came and other bulky items have boxing charges added. Details are given on each web page where required.

WE FILL ORDERS FAST We aim to have your order shipped by the next business day. Most orders in the last ten years were shipped in less than 24 hours. If you call in by noon, it should leave that same day. Since we ship fast, be sure your order is complete when you call. Once the order is packed, additions are considered a new order. During seasonal peak periods, allow an extra day for delivery.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

COD can be used for UPS shipments only.  Add $9.50 COD Fee to shipping and handling charges as noted above.  Maximum COD shipment is $200.

CREDIT CARDS We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover and American Express credit cards.

CHECKS are accepted with mail orders, COD shipments or in our shop.  Our address is at the bottom of the page should you wish to mail your order in.  RETURNED CHECKS are assessed a $35 fee each time it is returned. Checks sent for collection will have an additional $75 collection fee attached plus any attorney's fees.  

SALES TAX New York State residents must include their LOCAL sales tax on the order subtotal (including shipping and handling fees). 

BACK ORDERS   We will Back Order out of stock materials if they are expected shortly and the value exceeds $20. These goods will be shipped at no further cost!  Please reorder other out of stock items.

RETURN POLICY
If we shipped the wrong materials, call us so we can make arrangements to get the right materials to you at no further cost. For all other returns, please call for a Return Authorization. There is a 15% restocking charge on mail order returns.

Sorry, but We are unable to accept returns on Glass, lead, zinc or brass came & rebar, books, VIDEOS & patterns, special order items or materials returned without an invoice.
All returns must:

• Be authorized

• Be accompanied by invoice

• Be made within 30 days of purchase

No credit can be given on items returned in unsaleable condition (such as used soldering irons or glass cutters), or items subjected to obvious abuse. The 15% restocking charge is waived on materials sold from AND returned at our retail showroom.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS Orders include an insert that details steps to be taken should the order arrive damaged or short.

SPECIAL REQUESTS If you have special needs, such as needing your opals heavy on the white, or with wild streaks, just ask.

TAX EXEMPT ORDERS: Schools, Religious organizations or other exempt institutions MUST place their complete order on a purchase order or letter head REGARDLESS of method of payment. All tax exemption paperwork must accompany the first order. New York State allows no exceptions to this rule!

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE:  As hard as we try to keep all prices current, accurate and updated, there will be times when a price on our website will be INCORRECT.   You will be invoiced at our current price at the time of order.  If there is a major difference between the price you note in your order and the current price, we will contact you to alert you to the new price.  Sale Prices will have an expiration date noted.  All sale prices expire on the date noted and cannot be extended. We reserve the right correct any pricing errors.
