3/4" DIAMETER MIRROR BITS

Use these bits to put a chip free edge on mirrored glass. This is especially important with mirrors and chips will expose the silvered backing causing premature failure (the dreaded Black Spot). These bits are recommended by Spectrum when grinding their Silver Coats line. Can also be used on heavily textured glass to make foiling easier

This unique system of grinding heads utilizes a reusable bit holder and high-tech diamond sleeves to create a cost effective solution for replacing your traditional grinding heads.

Key benefits include:

• Low cost diamond sleeves (nearly half the cost of comparable grinding heads)

• Bit holder is made from high impact plastic, eliminating oxidation and possibility of seizure of the bit on the grinding shaft.

• Bit sleeve is cushioned by an industrial elastomer on the bit holder which absorbs and diffuses vibration and reduces glass chipping

• No tools or keys are needed to remove or re-position the grinding bit – just flip the locking lever up to re-position the grinding bit or remove the bit holder; and flip the lever down to lock everything in place.
