The Titan Saw also has 3" of blade exposed. This will allow you to cut bottles, pattern bars or cane, glass tubes, and blown glass objects up to 3" thick.

The Megablade supplied with the saw cuts quickly and smoothly. Works not only with glass, but will neatly cut tile, ceramics, stone and more. Like Gemini's other ring saws, the Titan will cut curves both forwards and backwards.

Since the carriage or saw table moves your work, you get straight cuts in the thickest materials with no special effort on your part.

Here the carriage slides your work towards the Megablade. Note the triangular cutting guides are used to hold your work steady on the top of the carriage, giving you a perfectly straight and accurate cut.

Original equipment on the Titan Saw. 0.050in diameter blade, has an egg-shape cross section for extra aggressive cutting action. Very handy for cutting thicker glass or fused glass items that are over 1/8" thick.
For best results, use with the flocked drive belt.
