TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping Your On Line
Order We endeavor to ship your On Line Order complete no
later than the next business day after it is received.
In many cases, if your order is placed by Noon, eastern time, it will
ship the same day. We will often use UPS, so be sure to supply a street
address.

Shipping and Handling
Fees All orders from our website have shipping and
handling charges applied as shown above. Note that once your
merchandise total hits $200, you pay only $26.99 shipping and
handling on orders shipped to the lower 48 states.

Orders to US
Addresses Outside the Lower 48 States Shipments to AK, HI,
Puerto Rico and other US addresses outside the lower 48 States may
have additional shipping and handling fees added. We will contact
you if this is the case, depending on the weight of your order and
final destinations. In many cases, additional fees will NOT be
required

Orders to Foreign
Addresses Our Secure Shopping Cart will add shipping and
handling fees as shown above. Due to the
very weight sensitive nature of international shipping rates, the
fees added by the Secure Shopping Cart may be insufficient to cover
the shipping costs of your order. We will contact you should
additional fees be needed. Where necessary (for an order with a high
dollar value but light weight) we will REFUND over payments.

Out of Stock Items
If we are out of stock of an item you asked for, and we expect the
item to be back in stock within a short time and the value is $20 or more, we will backorder the item for you.
A Backorder form will be enclosed in your order with details.
There will be NO additional shipping charge. If we don't
expect the item in a reasonable time, we will promptly refund any
overpayment collected by the Secure Shopping Cart.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped out side of New York state are TAX EXEMPT.
Orders shipped to addresses in NY will have sales tax charged on the
order total, including shipping and handling. Note that the Shopping
Cart will
assess 8.75% sales tax. If your local sales tax is LESS, we
will send a cash refund with your order. If it is more, we
will cover the difference for you.

Returns
If we have shipped the wrong merchandise, please call us toll free
(1-800-828-7159) or e-mail us
and we will make it right for you at no further cost to you.
If you ordered an incorrect item and wish to return it, please note
the following:

All requests for returns
must be made within 30 days of invoice date

Materials must be
returned with the original packaging and all items must be in new,
unused condition. No credit can be given on grinders, saws,
irons, etc. that have been used.

We are unable to accept returns
on glass, came, books, videos, patterns, samples or special orders

Please call or e-mail
for a Return Authorization Number before returning items so we can
handle your request more efficiently.

Shipping and handling
fees are not refunded (unless the return was due to our error) and
any additional shipping and handling required for replacement
merchandise (again, unless it is our error) will be added.

Please include a note
letting us know your Customer ID# and Invoice Number (both are on
the invoice you received with your order) and how you wish to have
us handle the return. If payment was originally made through
our Secure Shopping Cart, refunds will be handled through PayPal
with credit applied to the credit card used originally.

Returns that are not due
to any error on our part may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

web sites, Sunshine Glassworks Ltd has had a brick and mortar
establishment for 30 years. Our Customer Service
staff has over 250 years of stained glass experience and are available
during normal business hours to help you. Unlike other internet operations, we maintain a toll free number
(1-800-828-7159) that is answered by LIVE PEOPLE that pick up in 3
or fewer rings. No automated phone attendant or
menu trees. If you happen to call after hours, please leave a
message on our voice mail and we will return your call.
Sunshine was incorporated in New York State
in 1979 and has been in our current location for over 15 years and
have been in the Gardenville Industrial Park for over 20 years.

time staff of experienced stained glass and customer service

What credit cards can I use?
Our Secure Shopping Cart accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
American Express credit cards as well as direct debit to your
checking account using E-Checks. The Check Out process will include
verifying your credit card billing address, helping to prevent
credit card fraud.
Note: If you have a
credit/debit card issued by PayPal, you may have difficulty
with PayPal's authorization step in Check Out. If this happens,
we recommend you use your PayPal account to process the payment =or=
use a different credit card.
What if I'm NOT a PayPal Member? Will I have to sign up
with them?
You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to use our Secure Shopping
Cart. Anyone with a credit card or checking account can shop on line at
SunshineGlass.com. After you have completed your check out on
the secure server, PayPal will ask if you wish to become a member.
You have the advantage of never having to re-enter your personal
information again if you do become a member, but this is strictly
optional.
I am already a PayPal
Member. How will your cart work with my PayPal account?
If you are a PayPal member, when you go to check out, you will have
the option of using your PayPal account to pay for your purchases.
What if you are out of an item I ordered?
If we are out of stock on an item you've ordered, we will:
(a) Backorder the item if we expect it back in stock shortly
AND the value is $20 or more. There is no further shipping and
handling fee. You may cancel the backorder if you need to and
we will promptly refund any amount due you.
(b) If we don't expect the item for some time (generally two
weeks or more) we will ship your order without that item. We will
immediately refund your money for that item through PayPal. Please
include the item on your next order.
What information does PayPal forward to
Sunshine?
PayPal sends us only the information we need to fill your order.
Your name, address, e-mail address, phone number (if you filled in
that blank), the materials you've ordered and the amount they
charged to your credit card. They do NOT send your credit
card or any other personal info to us.
We enter your name and address into our database and may, on
occasion, send you mailings (via postal service or e-mail) to let
you know of new products or promotions. You may opt out at
any time. We do NOT solicit by phone and the only time we
would use your phone number would be to call if there was a question
about your order.
No part of your personal information is
ever shared with any other party.
Can I
