The Morton System has been engineered to work together giving the beginning hobbyist the advantages of a professional by providing increased efficiency.THE MORTON SURFACE has a special design which collects glass chips that fall below the surface level, leaving the work area clean. THE NEW PORTABLE GLASS SHOP (#0504)
consists of a system of plug-in fixtures for the Morton Surface that
together are an advanced, but easy to use tool for cutting geometric
shapes. Works with both the Maxi and Mini Surfaces, as illustrated
above. The PGS is a real work saver when you have repetitive cutting to
do, such as in lamps, or "diamond pane" windows. Setting up new designs
for lamps is easy, as the PGS allows you to quickly adjust your angles
using the Quick Angle accessory (included). Also includes a reversible
fence (for different thicknesses of glass), a ruler with english and
metric measurements and new quick angles

SAFETY BREAK SYSTEM (#0515) Makes the tough cuts come out easy. This safe and VERY EASY System lets you start the break at any point along the score line. The degree of bend is controlled by the running buttons and running block. Pressure is applied precisely along the score line making difficult cuts easy. THE LAYOUT BLOCK SYSTEM replaces the wood board, wood strips, horseshoe nails and such. Just add a piece of wall board or ceiling tile for a base. Push pins hold the aluminum blocks in place. Easier and more convenient than old plywood and nails approach. Four versions are available:
